Rock & Brews Hosts Sabor A Cabo Press Event
Rock & Brews El Segundo hosted four of Mexico’s top chefs along with members of the press to a special five-course tasting last Friday. Rock & Brews is proud to sponsor Sabor a Cabo 2016 and Friday’s tasting was a special glimpse of what the annual event promises.
Every year, Sabor a Cabo brings hundreds of people from around the world to the prestigious tasting of some of the best food in Cabo. The main event will take place on Saturday, December 10 with special guest Mana performing.
Chefs Rodrigo Cabeza de Vaca (Rock & Brews, La Galería), Ángel Carbajal (Nick-San), Paolo de La Corte (Sunset da Monalisa), and Jesus Castro (Edith’s, The Office and La Pintada) created a masterful display of Mexican cuisine as seen in the photos below. Dishes were carefully crafted plates of Campachi Mexican Poke, Shiitake and truffle stuffed Kumamoto oysters , Lobster Caesar Salad, Abalone tostada, and tempura Mexican shrimp taco over jicama tortilla.
